He was born in Seoul in 1962. His father, Seo se-ok a professor of art at Seoul National University and a Korean painter who played a pivotal role in modern Korean painting. Do Ho-Suh is a renowned Korean artist who is recognized both at home and abroad for the first time since the opening of the Samsung Museum of Art in 2004, following Baek Nam-joon and Lee Woo-hwan. He currently lives in New York, U.S. and is active on the world stage around New York City.

The picture above is called the house of a house made by Do Ho-Suh. Do Ho-Suh main ingredient was cloth, Because it had to be easy and light to move. The picture above started in 2001 with 3 people and ended in 2011. It was a huge project with 40 percent sewing machine and 60 percent sewing works.
